1. About ONRIGA

ONRIGA (Organization for Next-gen Regulatory Intelligence & Global Accreditation) is a global body providing compliance accreditation, verification, and regulatory trust solutions for individuals and organizations.

We operate as an independent accreditation and verification platform. The ONRIGA name, seal, and associated certification tiers are proprietary trust marks issued based on evaluation, criteria, and integrity standards.

2. Eligibility

To apply for accreditation or use our verification tools, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or legally permitted to enter into agreements

  • Submit truthful, verifiable, and complete information during application or onboarding

  • Not use ONRIGA services for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to reject, revoke, or suspend access if eligibility is violated or falsified.

3. Use of ONRIGA Services

You agree to use ONRIGA’s platform, website, and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You may not:

  • Misrepresent your accreditation or ONRIGA Seal

  • Attempt to bypass verification protocols

  • Copy, resell, or exploit any part of the website without prior written consent

  • Use our name or logo in a way that implies partnership or endorsement without authorization

ONRIGA may limit, suspend, or terminate access at our sole discretion.

4. Accreditation Terms

By applying for ONRIGA accreditation, you acknowledge that:

  • Accreditation is based on internal review, eligibility, documentation, and evaluation

  • Accreditation is issued for a fixed term (typically two years for individuals, one year for service providers)

  • Renewal is required prior to expiry to maintain verification

  • Any attempt to submit false or misleading information will result in disqualification or revocation

  • Accreditation decisions are final and non-refundable once evaluation begins

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, seals, accreditation tiers, evaluation frameworks, and the verification interface, is the intellectual property of ONRIGA unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, publish, or distribute any material from the site without express written permission

  • Modify, replicate, or misuse any ONRIGA Seal, badge, or certification design

  • Claim to be affiliated with ONRIGA without our prior written approval

Use of ONRIGA’s name, seals, marks, or any related branding is strictly limited to individuals or organizations who hold a valid ONRIGA Standard, Silver, or Gold Seal issued by us.

If you are not currently accredited by ONRIGA, you may not use our name or imply any form of endorsement, affiliation, or partnership in your marketing, communication, branding, or compliance materials.

Any unauthorized use will be treated as a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments for accreditation, renewals, or any ONRIGA-related service must be made via the approved payment gateways.

Accreditation fees are listed clearly on our website. Any additional costs, such as fast-track review or courier-based certificate delivery, will be communicated in advance.

6.1 Refund Policy

As ONRIGA provides digital, evaluation-based services, all payments are non-refundable once the accreditation review process has started. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that:

  • ONRIGA begins the evaluation process immediately upon submission

  • Due to the nature of digital assessments and verification, services are non-reversible

  • No partial or full refunds are available once evaluation has commenced or credentials are issued

If you mistakenly apply or duplicate a transaction, contact us within 24 hours at support@onriga.org. Refund requests made after evaluation begins cannot be honored.

7. Public Verification & Blockchain Registry

ONRIGA’s verification platform allows the public to verify the authenticity of issued accreditations. By applying, you consent to having your name, accreditation ID, tier, and verification status displayed publicly, unless opted out in writing (where applicable).

Some accreditation data may be recorded on blockchain for integrity, traceability, and public trust. Once published, this information is immutable and cannot be erased.

8. Limitation of Liability

ONRIGA makes every effort to ensure accuracy and trust in its verification framework, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free systems.

We are not liable for:

  • Misuse of ONRIGA Seals by third parties

  • Decisions made by employers, regulators, or institutions based on ONRIGA verification

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the fee paid for the service in question.

9. Modifications

ONRIGA reserves the right to change, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which ONRIGA operates. Any disputes arising from use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authorities.
